Key holding
Your key is stored under a code, without your name or address. It leaves only for a scheduled visit or for the tradesperson you authorise.
Visits with a photo report
One or two visits a month. Fourteen checks, from the door lock to the water meter, and twelve photographs with date and time. The report reaches you within 48 hours.
Arrival preparation and closing up
Tell us the day you land. We have the property ready for your arrival and close it up properly when you leave.
Special service for holiday lets and multi-property owners
If you let your property seasonally or own several properties, we will prepare a tailored proposal for key holding, visits and arrival preparation.
The first thing you read is the verdict. The rest is the evidence.
Every report opens with a single line. Below it come the fourteen checks and the twelve photographs, always the same and in the same order, so that you can compare January with July by looking at the same box.
And why not leave the key with a neighbour?

Know who enters your home
It matters to us that you know who visits your property. We are a company, but you will always know the face and the name of the person who checks your home. For us, that is the basis of trust.

Prices for properties within 30 km of our base. Between 30 and 50 km, the Essential plan is 35 € a month and the Villa plan, 59 €. VAT included.
