2. Purpose
This website presents Fivenda’s services: key holding, regular visits with a report and preparing homes for owners who live elsewhere, in Alicante, Murcia and Almería. Access is free and open to all. By browsing it, you accept the terms of this legal notice.
3. Services and prices
The prices published include VAT. The information on the website is for guidance only and may be updated; on its own it does not constitute a binding offer. The specific terms of each service are those agreed in writing with each client when the contract is made.
The service is subject to availability in the area where the property is located.
4. Client area
Access to the client area is restricted. Each client receives a personal username and password, which must be kept secret. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know as soon as possible at info@fivenda.com.
5. Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and, in particular, not to:
- introduce programs or content that could damage the website or other people’s devices;
- attempt to access restricted areas or other people’s data;
- send false information, or third parties’ data without their permission, through the forms.

The texts, the design, the Fivenda name and logo and all other content on this website belong to Five Hands Home Care SL or are used with the permission of their owners. We work to keep the information on the website correct and up to date, and to keep the website running without interruption. Even so, there may be errors, or outages caused by maintenance, faults or causes beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, Five Hands Home Care SL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from those outages or from any use of the website contrary to this notice.
The website may include links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp. We do not control their content or their privacy policies.

This website is available in several languages to make it easier to read. If there are any differences between versions, the Spanish version prevails.

If you are acting as a consumer, any dispute will be resolved by the courts that have jurisdiction under consumer law, normally those of your place of residence. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of the place where Five Hands Home Care SL has its registered office.
